From first message to dessert table
Pick your treats
Choose a party package or build your own order by the dozen, then tell us your flavors and colors.
Hold your date
A 50% non-refundable deposit by Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay or cash reserves your event date. No dates are held without a deposit.
Pay the balance
The remaining balance is due 15 days before your event. Then we get dipping.
Pick up or get delivery
Pick up your order in Brownsville, or have it delivered anywhere in the Valley. Delivery may carry a fee depending on the size of your order and distance.

The Dessert Bar is based in Brownsville, Texas, and makes dipped treats and mini desserts for celebrations across the Rio Grande Valley. The menu brings bakery favorites like macarons and tiramisu together with the desserts we grew up on: mostachón, chocoflan, arroz con leche and fresas con crema.
